Cotswold Wedding - Emma & Jason

My last wedding of 2021 was another highlight - I was back at Caswell House but not before capturing the couple getting married at their village church in the most beautiful ceremony.

Emma first contacted me back in July 2019 asking if I was available to capture their day - set for 2020, obviously things had to be posponed, but it didn’t dampen the spirits for the day one single bit. At the end of October I met Emma at the Bridal Suite at Caswell House and the celebrations were already well underway.

Her bridesmaids were already into the swing of things and the hair and makeup teams were flying though their work. I was kindly assisted by Lucas Vale, who headed off to capture the groom and his team at their home and they were really enjoying the build up too. Before long, it was time to make the short trip from Caswell to St James Church in Ramsden and Emma looked absolutley stunning.

With a string quartet setting the mood, Emma entered the church and truly took Jason’s breath away as he faught back the tears to welcome his wife-to-be to join him at the altar. As the crowd gathered outside (creating the longest confetti line I’d captured), you could just see and feel how much this special day meant to everyone present.

The reception was fantastic, and we managed to capture the groups and couple in-between rainshowers and catch some of the most fantastic autumn sunshine.

Congratulations Emma & Jason!
